African Marriages - Part 2

Almost all African marriages include dowry or bride's price or "lobolo" or "bohadi". A young man would not feel good if he is not required to give "lobolo" or "bohadi", The amount of money or property or number of cows varies from one family to another and from one tribe to another. A young man pays "lobolo" according to the standards and status of that family or tribe. When the two negotiating teams have finished their job, which might involve two to three visits depending on whether they do not reach a deadlock, a date for sealing a covenant or relationship between two families would be arranged. Normally the prospective bride's family arranges that ceremony, which is also coupled with the ritual of receiving and accepting the prospective bridegroom into the family as their son. A sheep is slaughtered and its blood is used as a material to seal to a covenant and confirm a relationship between two families.

Traditionally a man does not pay the bride's price or dowry or "bohadi" or "lobolo" in full because that would be interpreted to mean that his family is breaking ties with his prospective wife's family. In fact, the young man must be seen to be struggling to pay the rest of the amount, and a concession would be made for him to pay less than the amount originally required. He would pay 80 to 90% of the "bohadi" or "lobolo", and the rest would remain as a balance or debt. The young man is not expected to pay this amount of money or cows. He is eternally indebted to his family-in-law at two levels, (1) for receiving a precious gift of a wife, and (2) for the balance of "lobolo" or "bohadi" that he does not have to pay.

It should be noted that "lobolo" or "bohadi" is not a price to purchase a woman, but a gift to the other woman's family, and a test to a young man to check if he is capable of providing for his family. Women are precious in African culture, and they are not for sale. In fact, women are encouraged to leave if they are continuously mistreated, especially if both families have tried but have not been able to resolve that conflict. The same applies to a young man. If a young woman misbehaves, and both families are not able to solve that problem, a young man is encouraged either to divorce or (in some cases) to consider polygamy.

African Marriage ceremonies vary from one family to another and from one tribe to another. Marriage is a community event. Among many traditional Africans, there are no invitation cards. For example, in Sesotho culture, a white flag or cloth is flown higher at the bride's home as a sign to communicate two messages, namely, (1) that there is a wedding in this house, and (2) the entire community is invited.

African marriage ceremonies are often conducted on one day, or two days or even several days - depending on the traditions of the family or tribe. Ceremonies vary from one family to another. There is a lot of preparation in terms of songs to be sung, speeches to be made, counselling of the bride and bridegroom by representatives from families, community, elders, church, king or chief of the territory, friends and neighbours. There is a lot of exchanging of gifts between the two families, gifts from the community members to the newly wedded couple. Marriage brings two families into one.

I think Africa has something to offer to the world in terms of its family and marriage structures, especially in the light of the fact that marriages are under attack and are crumbling. Extended families are critical in ensuring the stability and support of marriages. Uncles and aunts, grannies, and relatives should play a critical role in forming a support for the newly wedded couple. This will ensure a healthy family, healthy tribe or society, and a healthy nation. The wellness and health of the family are critical in providing a healthy nation, and producing peaceful societies.

Like in many cultural groups, African marriages are not perfect and still need to learn from other cultural groups, but Africa has its unique contribution to the world in terms of supportive family and marriage structures, and the concept and practice of "ubuntu".

Singing And Acting Career Of Frank Sinatra

Frank Sinatra, also affectionately also known as Old Blue Eyes was probably the most outstanding popular music singer of the 20th century. Sinatra's only real rivals during those days were perhaps a handful of other singing superstars such as Bing Crosby, Ella Fitzgerald, Elvis Presley, and the fab four or The Beatles.

In a professional singing and acting career spanning more than six decades, Sinatra demonstrated a remarkable ability to maintain his popular appeal to his fans across almost two generations. This is a ringing endorsement of the status of this singing and acting superstar.

Frank Sinatra's singing career started during the big band swing era of the 1930s and 1940s. His first number one hit on the charts was in 1940 and was still making million-selling recording rights up to 1994.

This superb entertainer was able to take the work of great composers of the 1920s and 1930s, such as Irving Berlin, George Gershwin, Jerome Kern , Cole Porter and Richard Rodger and turn their compositions into masterful singing pieces and enshrined them into eternal classics.

Sinatra was the son of a humble fireman and dropped out of high school to pursue a career in singing much to his father's disappointment. In September 1935, the young Sinatra appeared as part of the singing group, the Hoboken Four on Major Bowes' Original Amateur Hour show. The quartet won the radio show contest and toured the country with Bowes.

Sinatra then took up a job as a singing waiter and MC at the Rustic Cabin in Englewood, New Jersey. He was singing there in early 1939, when he was talent spotted by trumpeter Harry James, who had organized his own big band after leaving Benny Goodman, which was another famous big band leader of that era. Harry James hired Sinatra as a singer in his band and Frank made his first recording on July 13, 1939.

At the end of 1939, Sinatra accepted an offer from the more popular big band leader Tommy Dorsey. Over the next two and a half years, he was featured on 16 Top Ten hits recorded by Dorsey and his band, amongst them the legendary chart-buster "I'll Never Smile Again," and was later inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.

During this while, young Sinatra also performed on various radio shows with Tommy Dorsey and his band. He also appeared with the band in movies such as Las Vegas Nights in 1941 and Ship Ahoy in 1942.

Frank Sinatra started out his solo singing career in early 1942 showcasing his singing talent by recording a four-song session arranged and conducted by Axel Stordahl. One of the songs was Cole Porter's "Night and Day," and that song went on to become his first hit chart entry under his very own name.

His big break came from his engagement as a singing support act to Benny Goodman at the Paramount Theatre in New York, which began on New Year's Eve. This engagement catapulted his singing career and made him the first real teen singing idol, with throngs of girls screaming and swooning in the aisles.

From then on, Sinatra's singing career never looked back. His singing talent scored him another successful chart topper with "There Are Such Things," occupying number one position in January 1943. Then in August that same year, the singing superstar did another chart buster with "In the Blue of the Evening". From then on, Sinatra successfully scored hits after hits with songs such as "It's Always You,", "I'll Be Seeing You," and "All or Nothing at All".

Frank Sinatra did many radio shows around that time and in April 1943, he made his first credited appearance in a movie, singing "Night and Day" in Reveille With Beverly which launch his acting career.

This was followed by Higher and Higher in which he played a minor role acting as himself and followed up with another movie, Step Lively which was released in mid 1944 in which he played a larger role. In November 1944, he returned to cutting records, beginning with a cover version of Irving Berlin's "White Christmas" which was again another chart topper. Sinatra then hired Styne and Cahn to write the songs for his first MGM musical, Anchors Aweigh, and over the course of his successful singing career, he recorded more songs by Cahn than by any other songwriter.

Anchors Aweigh, in which Sinatra was paired with Gene Kelly, was released in July 1945 and went on to become the most successful film in 1945. He then went on to appear in many more movies such as MGM musicals On the Town and lower budget ones such as The Kissing Bandit.

At the same time, he continued to hit eight Top Ten hits in 1947 to 1949 which included "Mam'selle," which hit number one in May 1947, and "Some Enchanted Evening," from the Rodgers & Hammerstein musical South Pacific.

By 1950s, his singing career was on the decline, but he was still very active. At the fall of 1950 marks his first venture into television. His film work had nearly subsided athough in March 1952 he was featured in the drama Meet Danny Wilson which tested his acting skills on stage which gave him the opportunity to sing some of his greatest songs such as Harold Arlen and Johnny Mercer's "That Old Black Magic," "I've Got a Crush on You" by George and Ira Gershwin, and "How Deep Is the Ocean" by Irving Berlin.

Then in 1955, the singing superstar hit number one again with the single "Learnin' the Blues" and the 12 inch album, "In the Wee Small Hours "which was later inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.

Sinatra acted in a television special in November 1965, A Man and His Music, and released a corresponding double vinyl album, which reached the Top Ten chart and also went gold. A Man and His Music won the 1966 Grammy for Album of the Year. Following this release, Old Blue Eyes catapulted back to number one on the singles charts for the first time in 11 years with "Strangers in the Night" in July 1966. This song also won him 2 Grammys for Record of the Year and Best Vocal Performance.

Towards the end of 1966, the singer released two more Top Ten albums, Sinatra At The Sands and That's Life. In April 1967, he was again number one on the singles charts with "Somethin' Stupid," a duet which he sung with his daughter Nancy Sinatra. Frank Sinatra's Greatest Hits was a compilation of his 1960s singles successes released in August 1968, was a million-seller.

Then in March 1969, perhaps the most recognized Sinatra song, "My Way," with lyrics specially written for him by Paul Anka was released. This amazing single reached the Top 40, and an album of the same name hit the Top Ten and went gold.

Frank Sinatra then announced his retirement in early 1971 at the age of 55. However, he burst into the limelight again in 1973 with a gold album and a TV special called Ol' Blue Eyes Is Back. In the twilight of his career, Sinatra cut down on producing albums, acting in movies and television in favor of live concert tours.

For six years, he did not release any albums until March 1980 with a three-LP set, Trilogy: Past, Present, Future. The most memorable track from the trilogy set was perhaps "Theme From New York, New York," the title song from the 1977 movie.

He returned to Capitol Records in 1993 and recorded Duets, on which he re-recorded his old songs, joined by other popular singers such as Tony Bennett, Elvis Costello, KD Lang and Bono of U2. It became his biggest-selling album selling over three million copies world wide. This was followed up in 1994 by Duets II, which won the 1995 Grammy Award for Traditional Pop Performance.

Frank Sinatra finally retired from acting and performing entertainment when he turns 80 in 1995. He died of a heart attack 2 years later when he was 82. Today, his songs are still heard in concert halls and clubs all over the world.

The hottest hip-hop artist taking his music by storm

Ali Lyles is the hottest musical artist that is taking his music by storm.

Who is Ali Lyles?

Ali Lyles, a.k.a "All The Greatest" whom is named after the great boxing champion known for his bold, cocky, and entertaining style of rap.

Ali Lyles is known for his ability to dance around tracks, as Muhammad Ali would dance around the ring that branded him the nickname, the young prodigy from Black Hollywood also known as the north side of Queens, NY.

Ali Lyles was born with a gift to rap and entertain from an early age. He started somewhat of a cult following in the city of the rap circuit, and was influenced by such hip hop icons such as; Biggie Smalls, Big Daddy Kane and Nas that helped hone his skills as an accomplished lyricist and writer with stories of him taking out M.C.'s in the street battles at the age of 16 and have been made a legend of The official legendary arenas such as; Nuyorican Cafe', Downtime, The Pyramid, The Remote Lounge, Don Hills, TNY, S.O.B.'s, and many more.

After several victories against his rival opponents at various showcases in New York, he decided to take his skills to the booth in the studio to record his first solo project called, "Game Time".

Although, the project was a success and he would soon follow that up with his Sophomore Project, called "The Ali Lyles Experience" and the CD became an underground classic that sold over 7,000 copies.

This feat took notice from the legendary producer Marly Marl, who aired his first demo on the popular radio show; future flavors on Power 105.1 fm and he also landed a slot on two volumes of The "What's Really Hood DVD", and he has worked with legendary and up and coming DJ's and producers such as Jigstrumental, Jimi Kendrixx and Sev Beats just to name a few and he prides his self on the fact that he has not only studied the rap game, but the music business as well.

As an artist and entrepreneur from Black Hollywood such as other artists like Run DMC, LL Cool J, Russell Simmons, and Jah Rule.

Ali Lyles is set to be the next big thing coming straight out of Queens, New York which is a breeding ground for the world's best rappers as history has already shown.

As the co-founder of Supreme Regime Entertainment, he felt the need to channel all his focus on putting out classic music and managing his own label. He realized early on that the key to success in this business is to dictate your own future.

He then strayed away from The Cliche' artists recording deals that held a lot of fellow artists from achieving success and his new self entitled CD is stirring up a major buzz and is perfect timing for the list of projects he has lined up for something unique and innovative and the CD is getting rave reviews.

However, Hip Hop uncenscored took notice of Ali Lyles and has booked a slot for him to open up for Rich Boy and MIMS in Miami's South Beach for Memorial Day that he has while launching a new music movement & targeting the fans that have been calling for a change to hip hop and the need for taking his music back to its essence and creating timeless songs and not gimmicks that will deter the longevity of the artist and the music.

Ali Lyles is currently putting together his EP, which is set to be released this summer, and his smash hit "Dollars" will be headlining the release on his interactive CD/DVD as well and the goal is to again, market the DJ's, Clubs, Radio, and Internet which have proven successful in the past.

Sky is the limit for Ali Lyles and his future and his success in the music business is destined.

So there's no telling what's next for Ali Lyles and taking his music by storm.

Bands Of Brothers

Boy bands have been around a while, but what makes them even more unique is when the boys in the band are brothers. Who are some of the top bands of brothers?

1. The Jackson 5- The Jackson Brothers, Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and of course Michael got their start in 1964. They performed together until 1989. The group was known for their R&B, soul, pop and later disco. This band of brothers was a pop-music phenomenon in the 70s bringing to popularity the idea of family bands. Some of their top songs were "ABC", "I'll Be There" and "Dancing Machine." Not only was the band a success, but the brothers also served as the first black teen idols. In 1976 the band left their label Motown and were forced to change their name. At the time Jermaine was replaced with his younger brother Randy. Later, independent careers were launched from the group, primarily by Michael Jackson, who went on to be a huge success.

2. Menudo - This Puerto Rican teen band was formed in the 1970s initially with two groups of brothers. They included Ricky Melendez, Carlos Meledez, Oscar Melendez, Fernando Salaberry and Nefty Sallaberry. The band achieved great success during the 80s, becoming the most popular Latin American teen group of the era. Their album Quiero Ser launched the group into stardom. Members of the band began getting replaced as the years went on. The last original member Ricky Melendez was replaced in 1984 by Ricky Martin.  Martin's career began from the band as he later went on to be a huge independent success.

3. Hanson - Brothers Isaac Hanson, Jordan Hanson and Zac Hanson formed this group in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Their career hit a high in 1997 with the hit song "MMMBp" earning them three Grammy nominations. The three young boys sang a capella recording popular songs like "Rockin Robin" and even their own material. All three boys started their careers as pianists. Isaac later began playing the guitar and Zac the drums. Creating their own garage band, they recorded two independent albums in 1994 and 1996. The boys were signed by Mercury Records after performing at the Kansas State Fair.

4. The Jonas Brothers - Nick, Joe, and Kevin Jonas make up this American pop rock boy band. The Disney Channel helped bring this band to its early popularity. The boys also started in the Disney movie "Camp Rock." The band has released four albums; It's About Time, Jonas Brothers, A Little Bit Longer and Lines, Vines and Trying Times. In 2008 the group was nominated for the Best New Artist award at the 51st Grammy Awards. They have sold over eight million albums worldwide.

5. The Naked Brothers Band - The band consists of brothers Nat and Alex Wolff. The boys began singing in preschool with friends, calling themselves The Silver Boulders. Nat wrote his first song titled "Mama Don't Let me Cry" at the age of five. Nat was inspired by his jazz pianist-composer father Michael Wolff and music by The Beatles. The band name was coined when the boys as toddlers used to jump out of the bathtub shouting, "We're the naked brothers band." The boys were part of a mock documentary, filming them as if they were huge like The Beatles. Film production took place in the family's apartment in New York City - Nat was 9 and Alex was 6-and-a-half. The film's notoriety got hem signed with Nickelodean who put together a TV series "The Naked Brothers Band: The Movie".

The boys started their first national-tour around the country called Nat & Alex Wolff: Fully Clothed and On Tour, in 2008.

Boy bands most likely will be around for a long time and bands when the boys are related makes it even a more unique phenomena.

I have read that the 1970's were a pivotal decade, sending American culture in a new direction. The decade started with the "Smiley Face" stickers and bubblegum music, and took off from there, in several different directions. Here are some of my favorite hits from that decade:

1) "Popcorn"-

This song was music played on the Moog Synthesizer, an instrument that became popular in the late "60's. It was composed by Gershon Kingsley and first released in 1969, although it was the band "Hot Butter" that really made it a hit in 1972. "Hot Butter" was mostly just Stan Free playing the synthesizer. I loved it because it really does sound like popcorn; it's catchy and fun.

2) "The Lion Sleeps Tonight"-

This was originally a South African Zulu folk song, and was made a hit in the U.S. by the Tokens in 1961. It was remade in 1972 by Robert John, which is the version I liked best. It was actually a big hit in South Africa when it was recorded by Solomon Linda in 1939, who had written it based on an experience he had chasing lions who were stalking his family's cows. This is a catchy tune too, although some of the words can be confusing to some people.

3) "Stairway to Heaven"-

This Led Zeppelin song, from 1971, was everyone's favorite in my school. Actually it has been the most requested song ever on FM stations, as well as the most popular sheet music in rock and roll, selling over a million copies. It was written by Robert Plant and Jimmy Page, and is eight minutes long. It was never released as a single.

4) "Lady Marmalade"-

This was a song about prostitutes in New Orleans in the French

Quarter (red-light district), and was recorded by Patti Labelle in 1974. It was written by Bob Crewe and Kenny Nolan and became their biggest hit. I couldn't understand a lot of the words but I was thrilled to be able to understand the French ones "Voulez-vouz coucher avec moi, ce soir? (do you want to go to bed with me tonight?)"

5) "I am Woman"-

This song came out in 1972. Helen Reddy wrote lyrics and Ray Burton changed some of them to fit into the music he wrote for it. They were both Australians. Feminism was big in the "70's and this became one of the leading feminist anthems. I found it affirming and exciting.

6) "Riders on the Storm"-

This song, from 1971, was Jim Morrison's last, shortly before his death. The effect of rain in this song was from the electric piano. I think the piano solo was the best part of the whole song, but it was partly cut out to shorten the song for AM radio. This is my favorite song of all time.

The 1970's were good years for music. There was lots of variety, everything from disco to feminist and protest songs, as well as darker, more "adult" songs. . There was music to please everyone. It is unfortunate that this music doesn't get played much any more, except for the really big hits. A lot of lesser-known 1970's music would be great to hear again.

Tracy Crowe loves the music from the 60's and 70's best

No Pucking All-Around In Xbox Nhl 10

You're a fierce Xbox NHL 10 gamer who sends his opponents to the cooler every time.} You're a hardcore player who likes the thrill of sports video game battles. You know how to brawl with the best of them, and now you're ready to show the video game world that when it comes to Xbox NHL 10, you skate to victory every time. So it's time you entered the arena, and duked it out, when you play sports video games for money. Wagering each other in sports video games for cash -- these players aren't screwing around. To display your unquestioned status in sports video games, garnering up a string of victories, along with your opponent's cash, is the path to declaring your impressiveness.} Not that playing Xbox sports video games isn't great… but when you play for money, it's a lot more awesome.

By now, you're thirsting to face off against the tough guys at Xbox NHL 10, what with all the machismo floating around here.} Sure, you just want to hit up the video game console, throw on your skates, head to the rink and get in the game.} Who in hell wouldn't? Just remember that in order to emerge the victor, it will require more than just overconfidence.} Make sure you know what you're doing out there… make sure your trash talk doesn't exceed your abilities. Or, in simpler terms: know the game. Don't be the dumbass who goes off half-cocked, doesn't know what he's doing, and makes an ass of himself. That sort of approach may be fine for picking up women at a bar on a Saturday night, but this is serious stuff - we're talking about playing sports video games for money.} So see to it that you only start up a game once you have all the strategies down pat. If you don't, and your rival does, well, there's nothing colder than being the one to lose the wager.

So, after you're sure you've got the mad Xbox NHL 10 skills, and every one of your shots is the "biscuit in the basket," time to stop waiting on the sidelines and turn your sports video game expertise into some big bucks. If there's one thing about the hardcore gamers, they don't walk away from a challenge. But in the end, we're sure you'll talk some trash, play your match, and win some cash.

Xbox NHL 10 is, as to be expected, a monumental step forward in video hockey games. And the animation is even more fluid. The game play itself is faithful to its predecessor, NHL 09, which will no doubt make longtime fans happy, but at the same time, NHL 10 has some new features that will give everyone something to be stoked about. More specifically, players have a brief but great opportunity to sneak in a few checks - and a cheap shot or two, which then sets the stage for the brawl that you're coveting. And it's just a matter of time before your teammates come swarming to your defense and start throwing a few shots of their own, courtesy of the new level of sophistication in gaming technology.} As you might expect from the sport known for it's brawling, these fights usually collapse into a crazed free-for-all.

The Xbox NHL 10 soundtrack adds to the overall gaming experience.} It is impossible to envisage a sports video game worthwhile empty of a quantity of high-energy songs to escalate the competition, and Xbox NHL 10 again supplies. Take a look at the rundown:} "Young Cardinals" by Alexisonfire, "Deathsmarch" by Cancer Bats, "Hellions on Parade" by CKY, "Golden Years" by Disco Ensemble, "Heroes of Our Time" by Dragonforce, "Anything 'Cept the Truth" by Eagles of Death Metal, "Oye Vaya" by Earl Greyhound, "Know Your Enemy" by Green Day, "Peace Sells" by Megadeth, "Wake Up! Wake Up!" by MeTalkPretty, "Keys to the City" from Ministry & Co-Conspirators, "Kids in America" by MxPx, Nickelback's "Burn It to the Ground," Papa Roach's "Into the Light," "Raccoon Eyes" by Priestess, "The Bravest Kids" from Rancid, Scorpions' rock anthem "Rock You Like a Hurricane," and "Fire It Up" by Thousand Foot Krutch. Hearing the stuff offers an extra factor to the entire thing - you will maintain you're down on the ice, partaking in the authenticWith the soundtrack, you're not just playing the game, you're living it - it feels like you're playing in a real live NHL game. Another great aspect of NHL 10, the intimidation tactics, give an added layer of realism to the game, just when you thought it couldn't get any better.} You seriously would like to amaz the horde, then initiate offering your challenger a risky time and invade his personal space on the stadium . They're in tune with the action on the rink.} Just as any group of spectators, this crowd goes nuts when their team performs well, and gets pissed when their team performs poorly. So you have the chance to get the audience standing up and cheering for you - if you perform some amazing plays, of course. There's something else you may want to consider, though maybe we're being kind of harsh here.} After getting a good look at Xbox NHL 10, take a gander at the junk your parents were calling a sports video game, way back when.} This was before the revolution that gave us 8-bit and then 16-bit games - 4K was as good as it got. You wanted to play sports video games in the dawn of the 80s, you played this - video game players had it rough back then:}

Though any resemblance to a sports video game is purely coincidental by today's standards, these graphics were once considered cutting edge.} All you had were four men on the non-scrolling rink. A player and his goalie. You without a doubt couldn't select your much loved team. Get this.} After being unleashed on the video game world, this game was held in the highest esteem, as the sports video game that everyone worshipped.} No kidding - that game is what gamers stayed up all night playing in those days.} This unfinished, blocky material was, in 1982, a home video game that had folks honestly in wonder of the graphics and animation.

The way we see it, your father or grandfather or great grandfather or whoever was taking part in this material was alive in the video game Stone Age period .} Even the next generation of gaming - the 8-bit games -- can't compare to today's Xbox hockey. The video game world was certain that they'd reached the top with this hit Hope you're not in too much pain from that - now, take a second look at NHL 10's features, and bow down to the video game gods in gratitude. Especially when you consider all of the elements not possible in the sports video games of yesteryear.} There was no Battle for the Cup, no Playoff Mode, no Season Mode, no Be a GM or Be a Tough Guy. Nothing else you could do but keep dreaming.} The best you were going to get at that point in time was blinking graphics and six paltry teams to pick from. On top of that, the fight scenes utilize a fantastic first-person perspective that will wow gamers everywhere.} You'll believe you're going toe-to-toe in an actual fistfight - but without the busted bones.} As in NHL 09, familiar voices Gary Thorne and Bill Clement join the action with their on-the-money commentary. Having these two on hand is nothing to scoff at, either.} Consider the credentials of these two.} Firstly there's "Clement, Clement, Hand of Cement," Bill Clement, revered NHL All-Star, and participant of the ESPN family.} And Clement's cohort Gary Thorne, another one from the ESPN team, is a pretty impressive sports figure in his own right.} Hearing these guys call the game is a mindblowing experience.} You'll be certain that they're right there in your house - that's how amazing Xbox NHL 10 is. Precision passing is the latest innovation in Xbox NHL 10 that should impress hardcore gamers. NHL 10 allows players to have better control of the puck's velocity, unlike NHL 09. Additionally, you know how to, contingent on your aim and potency of the slap shot, bank your passes off of the board.} Yet another innovation that's got the video game world abuzz - for the first time, Xbox NHL 10 lets gamers battle on the boards. That is correct sir - you can now thwart your opponent from snagging the puck by kick-passing it to a teammate, in those instances where you have the puck but are pinned up against the boards. Conversely, if your opponent is being pinned to the boards by you, now is when you can seriously put yourself in control - given you are the top hockey player on the rink.}

Easy To Choose Horde 1-70 Guide And Horde Leveling Guide 70-80

Since the WoW - Wrath of the Lich King has released in last few years, in a few short weeks (WOTLK) will hit the store shelves and the race to level from 70-80 in Northrend will be on. New Warcraft instances, new battles grounds and 10 new levels to pound your way through; everything every Warcraft fan has been waiting for. So, a lot of WoW players look for the horde 1-70 guide and horde leveling guide 70-80.

Most of FAQ of WoW is what is the fastest way to go to top level and which is the best horde 1-70 guide and horde leveling guide 70-80.

Roughly for horde 1-70 guide and horde leveling guide 70-80:

Not many has changed in this arena. The fastest way to top level will still be through quests. Ideally there should be a fair playing ground in this respect, but because of the BETA servers, where players were allowed to test out the new game, a lot of Warcraft players were able to experience the game well ahead of the rest and will have an edge in leveling and familiarity with the new terrain. So while questing is still the optimal process for leveling in WoW the trick will be finding a way to level the playing field again.

The next most FQA question is which is the best Warcraft leveling guide 1-80 should you buy?

There are currently 3-4 guides who have solidified their places as leaders in the industries.

Zygor Guides is no. 1 since 2007, it’s very popular and work well for all WoW players around the world. In personally, I very satisfy on Zygor Guides, there are many more details on this guide, and it’s not too expensive for me.

Team iDemise, Ultimate WoW Guide and Joana's World leveling guide are also work well too. While each horde 1-70 guide and horde leveling guide 70-80 offer great tips, strategies and the promise of shaving hours upon hours of playtime off your quest to level from 70-80, or 1-80 if that be the case, do they really live up to the hype? In short yes, in long yes, bottom line-yes. Without a doubt any of these 70-80 leveling guides will provide you with the tools to level the playing field again and in many cases should allow you to surpass even those Warcraft players with prior knowledge of the Northrend. Of the four top leveling guides they all offer map mods, while some offer varying degree's of functionality and detail they all should deliver.

There are even a few among them that already have Deathknight builds and quest maps and helpers to help you level your Deathknight more quickly, even through their beginning level zones.

The answer to the question of Which Warcraft leveling guide 70-80 should you buy is simply any of these top 4 will do.

This past year has been particularly wonderful for me as I was lucky to spend many days entertaining people that are most special to me...it was my way to express love and appreciation towards them.

I got into my body, my mind and spirit even more than usual. I allowed each encounter to be a full body experience. I mean this in more of a sensual manner rather than sexual.

I´m sure you´re wondering what the heck I´m trying to say!

Well let´s start with a question:

What does sensuality mean to you?

If we want to define the word sensuality, it is described in the dictionary as "the gratification of the senses or the indulgence of appetite".

Are we always willing and open to let go and allow such enjoyment?

We often spend the day thinking, evaluating even scrutinizing everything and everyone around us. There are times when this is necessary and there are times to shut it off and just letting yourself FEEL. However, the task of shutting it off is not so easy because guilt often accompanies such thoughts.

Let´s look at the meaning of guilt..."having committed a breach of conduct; violating law and involving a penalty". Oooh...sounds severe doesn't it?

As a woman, I've often struggled with the feeling of guilt...what is appropriate or inappropriate behavior? As a ballroom dancer, I've also struggled with what looks vulgar or what looks apprehensive when I dance. As a business woman, I've often felt guilty when I´m not working overtime on a project. To intensify matters, my strict Italian upbringing trained me to follow the rules...because guilt was always lurking.

I can accept that certain rules are meant for our safety and well-being...however, many of us tend to get too caught up in them, consequently inhibiting ourselves from discovering who we really are.

Well, all I can say is taking chances, making mistakes and appreciating life lessons unquestionably get me closer to being in touch with who I am and yearn to be. As a result, I have become less judgmental with myself by allowing compassion towards my behavior and make room to grow...sensually.

I have a new-found respect for sensuality. The only way I can indulge is being in the present moment...and those moments can last as long or as short as I need them to be. What I have uncovered for myself is a fresh outlook and renewed drive to pursue my purpose.

Can sensuality be the ultimate experience of giving to yourself, with no expectations except the sheer expression of what you feel at that particular moment? And in turn, have a renewed sense of being?

We need to learn how to put ourselves in an environment where we feel safe to let go and allow expression to flow through us. I realize that´s not easy to do. I have discovered taking charge and creating the conditions I need has guided me to cultivate more of what I long for.

I call it "making love to yourself".

The way you treat yourself is the way a man or other people will treat you. You have the power to either attract the type of relationships that will enhance your sensual spirit or weaken your feminine essence. Which one do you want?

Allow me to share how I let go and indulged in my sensuality.

I had a party in my home where I invited friends that were open and fun. The theme was "Think with the senses...Feel with the mind". All the guests had to wear silk pajamas. I wanted them to feel the sensation of a beautiful fabric against their skin. We sat on pillows and ate with our hands. I wanted everyone licking their fingers with delight at the taste of good food. The guests had to participate in painting a common canvas where each person had to build upon the idea of sensuality. I then proceeded to blind fold everyone help them listen and dance to the music in whatever manner they wanted without feeling self conscious. By the end of the evening...there was a magical feeling of freedom.

In short, we all have the potential to create what we want. The key is knowing what we truly want.

I have vowed to be "full of myself"...to "make love to myself"...to "embrace myself"...and to create precious moments where I can indulge, guilt free in my body, mind and spirit. I've come to realize that these moments of freedom give me strength to move forward.

Will you join me?
